For example, do you dream of taking a stroll in the mountains or surfing, but you find yourself tied in your office chair for 60 working hours per week? Being in nature or improving your skills in a particular matter may be one of the emotions you have not yet experienced.

Listen to your podcasts lifting your spirits, watch documentaries or inspiring interviews with the people you love. Choose goals that represent a challenge you can do: some people may sometimes aspire to achieve goals that are higher than their motivation exclusively, and fail to understand the logical and realistic factors necessary to achieve their dream. If physical fitness is your passion and you want to participate in a marathon, be sure to give yourself enough time in order to train in it.
Evaluate your commitment to achieving the goals set: Once you are sure that you have set goals for yourself to enjoy, commit yourself to achieve them. Tell a friend you trust about your goals, or tell your wife, ask them to support and give them the right to hold you accountable. Rearrange your schedule and daily routine to follow and do what you want to do.
Be open about feedback: recruit a support team and ask them to provide feedback. Whether you create a nonprofit organization for at-risk youth or write your first novel, you will need feedback and guidance from those you trust.
Divide your goals into achievable tasks: some goals may be habits (such as cooking a meal by using a new recipe every week), and some goals may be important life stages (such as moving to Paris and enrolling in a cooking school).
